Strong in b2c positions, especially for those seeking jobs in ad agencies and media sales. The free service lets you view posts after they are 7 days old. Not the most sophisticated operation (changes to posted resumes have to be made manually by the webmaster), but appears to have signed up a good mix of small and large agencies to participate. Several hundred resumes have been posted in the categories of creative, account management, new business development and media.
