This project of the nonprofit Independent Press Association connects advertisers with New York's ethnic and community press. The 75 newspapers represented have a combined circulation of 1.2 million. Half are in languages other than English. In its first four months, AllCAS says it managed over $140,000 in accounts for its clients. It lets advertisers buy multiple papers with one order, and traffics all the insertion orders and invoices. AllCAS is particularly proud of its placements for the September 11th Fund and the charity Safe Horizon.
